摘要
运动员成才既受益于管理环境,也受制于管理环境。优秀运动队的管理人员要贯彻以人为本的管理思想,充分尊重运动员个性,根据运动队集体和运动员个体的思想和心理特点,做好育人工作,这是当前运动队管理的基本方法。
The athletes profit by the management and be under the control of it. The leaders of sports teams must carry out the thinking of humanistic concern and esteem the athletes very much and do the cultivating work well according to characteristic of athletes＇ ideas and psychology. This is the basic method of sports management at present.
