摘要
指出了商业企业培训工作的重要性和目前我国国有商业企业在培训工作中存在的问题,提出了加大培训投入、制定科学有效的培训计划、培训内容紧密结合实际、注重企业文化引导等的对策。
After analyzing the importance of commerce enterprises training and the problems existing,this paper puts forward some countermeasures ,such as increasing the input ,making effective training plan,and paying attention to enterprises culture,etc.
