An Analysis of Energy Security in China(serial Ⅰ)——An Analysis of Energy Structure Security and Its Countermeasure

我国能源生产结构与消费结构的均衡性较差,抗风险能力较弱。过分依赖煤炭能源以及能源发展战略及政策的频繁变动等是造成我国能源结构存在问题的主要原因。因此,树立能源结构安全的发展观,减少煤炭能源在能源结构中的过大比重,优化我国能源结构,使经济结构与能源结构相适应,是增强我国能源结构安全性的基本对策。

Energy production and its consumption are out of balance in our country, and we have no ability to deal with energy crisis. The main reason of energy structure problem is that energy structure depends on regular change of coal energy policy too much. Therefore, it is countermeasure of energy structure security for us to exploit energy resources, to lower the proportion of coal energy in energy structure, and to optimize energy structure for matching economy and energy structure.
