随着我国石油对外依存度的不断提高,石油运输问题尤显重要,特别是管道运输。文章从经济、安全和政治的角度分析了管道运输在石油、天然气运送方面的重要作用,论述了管道运输建设的必要性。

As China＇s oil depends more on import, the importance of oil transport, especially pipelines oil transport, becomes obvious. This article tries to elaborate on the function of pipeline transport in oil transport from the perspective of economy, security and politics, and further puts forward suggestions on the layout of China＇s pipeline construction.
