中正丹治疗肝胆气滞型胆囊功能性障碍68例临床观察

Clinical Observation on 68 Cases of Gallbladder Dysfunction with Liver and Gallbladder Qi-Stagnation Type Treated with Zhongzheng Dan

目的:观察中正丹治疗肝胆气滞型胆囊功能性障碍的疗效。方法:将131例患者随机分为两组,治疗组68例,用中正丹治疗,对照组63例,用西沙必利治疗,比较两组疗效。结果:两组总体疗效相当,治疗组在缓解疼痛、协调胆囊动力方面与对照组比较差异无显著性(P>0.05),但在改善全身症状方面明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组未见副作用,对照组出现头晕、嗜睡、腹泻等副作用。结论:中正丹治疗肝胆气滞型胆囊功能性障碍疗效肯定,且副作用较西沙必利少,值得推广应用。

To observe therapeutic effect of Zhongzheng Dan on gallbladder dysfunction of liver and gallbladder Qi-stagnation type. Methods ：131 cases were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group of 68 cases were treated with Zhongzheng Dan and the control group of 63 cases with Cisapride. Their therapeutic effects were compared. Results： The total therapeutic effects of the two groups were similar ,and the treatment group in relieving pain and coordinating motive power of gallbladder was not significantly different with the control group （P〉0. 05）,but was significantly superior to the control group in improving general symptoms（P〈0. 01）. Any adverse reaction was not found in the treatment group but dizziness,lethargy,diarrhea and other adverse reactions were found in the control group. Conclusion： Zhongzheng Dan has a definite therapeutic effect on gallbladder dysfunction of liver and gallbladder Qi-stagnation type,with less adverse effects than Cisapride.
