摘要
330kV阿兰变是我省信息量最大的一个变电站,它采用GR-90RTU为网、省、地调及当地监控传送远动信息,2004年11月进行三期扩建,远动信息量大幅度增加。文章从解决远动信息扩容的实际工程问题入手,详实的描述和总结了“以多个逻辑RTU方式,解决扩建工程中省调远动信息扩容问题”的全部自动化技术工作。此技术方案,缩短了施工、调试周期,减少了配置工作量,保证了系统正常运行,为桥二厂、黄家寨变电站等厂站的远动信息的扩充积累了宝贵的经验。
The 330kV Alan substation adopts the GR- 90 RTU mode to transform the remote control information for the grid, province and local dispatching and local monitor, and it's a largest information capacity substation, In Nov. of 2004, it has prosecuted the three phase extension construction, and large amount of remote control inforrnation has been increased. The paper makes a detailed definition and summarize of the whole automatic technique work of ' using several logical RTU mode to solve the provincial remote control' s enlarging capacity of the three phase extension construction of Alan substation based on the practical problem of enlarging capacity process. This plan not only shortens the period of construction and the debugging, and decreases the configuration workload, but also safeguards the system operation in the construction, without influence the normal operation of each dispatching level completely, at the same time, it accumulates effective technical experiences for the extension work of the simial plant or substation, like the secondary branch of th Qiaotou Thermal Power Plant and the Huargjiazhai substation etc.
