摘要
文章通过对办公自动化(OA)系统文件流程的分析,针对档案出现双套制管理后,档案工作量剧增,而电子文件如何有效实现归档管理问题,提出了OA系统中文件与档案管理流程进行统一设计的思路。
Through analyzing the file flow of OA system, and aiming at the severely increased work load after implemeriting the double- system management of archives, the paper proposes the unified design thread of file and archives managing flow in OA system in order to realize the effective filing management problem of E- file.
