摘要
目的评价CT对脑脓肿的诊断价值和临床意义.方法回顾性分析42例经手术病理和临床证实的脑脓肿的CT表现及临床,男30例,女12例,年龄3～60岁,平均32岁,全部病例均作CT平扫和增强.结果病灶位于顶叶19例,额叶10例,额顶叶3例,颞叶4例,枕叶2例, 幕下4例.平扫显示患处灰白质交界区局限性片状低密度影,轻度占位效应,增强环状强化34例,结节状强化8例.结论 CT在脑脓肿的诊断中具有重要诊断价值,可指导临床制定正确的治疗方案和确定手术时机,而且是治疗随访并评价其疗效的理想手段.
Objective To evaluate CT scan in the diagnosis and clinical significance of brain abscess. Methods CT feature in 42 patients with pathologically or clinically proved were retrospectively analyzed, there were 30 cases of male and 12 cases female with age ranging from 3 - 60 years （mean age 32years） . All cases were performed both plain and enhance scan.Results The lesion were located in parietal lobe （19 cases）, frontal lobe （10 cases）, parietal frontal lobe （3 cases）, temporal lobe （4 cases）, occipital lobe （2 cases）, below tentorium （4 cases） . On plain CT scan the lesions showed a limited piece of low density between matter and white matter, which presented with slight intracranial mass effects, on entranced scan, circular enhancement （34 eases）, nodular enhancement （8 cases） . Conclusion CT is of great value in the diagnosis of brain abscess, can guide to formulate correct therapeutic regimen and decide operation opportunity, and is an ideal means in follow- up and curative effect evaluation.
