摘要
目的探讨急性脑出血(acute intracerebral hemorrhape,AICH)患者血清丙二醛(MDA)、超氧歧化酶(SOD)含量及临床意义。方法采用硫代巴比妥酸比色(TBA)、黄嘌呤氧化法(XTO)分别测定40例AICH患者和40例健康人血清中MDA、SOD的含量。结果患者血清MDA上升,SOD下降,与正常对照组比较有显著统计学意义(P<0.01);MDA、SOD在轻、中、重型组之间比较分别具有显著统计学意义(P<0.01);72h内不同发病时间组中的MDA、SOD含量比较分别具有显著统计学意义(P<0.01);在不同血肿体积组中MDA、SOD含量比较分别具有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论AICH患者MDA、SOD水平与血肿体积、发病时间和神经功能损伤程度都具有密切关系,可作为判定病情和评估预后的参考指标。
Objective To investigate the changes and the significance of the contents of malondialdehyde （MDA） and superoxide dismutase （SOD） in serum of patients with acute intracerebral hemorrhage （AICH） . Methods The contents of MDA and SOD in serum of 40 patients with AICH and 40 healthy control group were measured respectively by thiobarbituric acid （TBA） and xanthine oxidation （XTO） methods. Results Compared with the control group, the changes of the contents of MDA and SOD, the increase of MDA and the decrease of SOD, had statistic significance obviously in serum of patients with AICH （P 〈 0.01）; between any two of the three groups- easy, middle, serious grade, the changes of the contents MDA and SOD had statistic significance obviously （ P 〈 0.01 ） , During 72 hour, the changes of the contents of MDA and SOD in different time had statistic significance obviously （ P 〈 0.01 ） . the change of the contents of MDA and SOD in different hematoma volune had statistic significance obviously （ P 〈 0.01） . Conclusion The changes of the contents of MDA and SOD in serum of patients with AICH were closely related with hematoma volume, time and degree of nervous function injury, it would be the important factor to judge the grade of disease and evaluate the prognosis.
