健康肥胖者血清瘦素水平与甲状腺功能的关系

Relationship between serum leptin level and thyroid function in heathy obesity subjects

目的探讨肥胖者血清瘦素水平与甲状腺功能的关系。方法测定50例健康肥胖者及50例正常对照组的血清瘦素水平及甲状腺功能,并行相关分析。结果肥胖者的TSH稍高于对照组,其血清瘦素水平明显高于对照组,并与体质量指数明显正相关,与TSH也呈正相关。结论健康肥胖者升高的瘦素水平与垂体-甲状腺功能有关。

Objective To investigate the relationship between leptin and pituitary-thyroid axis in healthy obesity subjects, Methods Leptin levels and thyroid function were measured in 50 healthy obesity subjects and 50 normal controls,Correlation between leptin and thyroid function were analyzed. Results TSH of the obesity were a little higher than the controis. The leptin levels in obesity were higher than those in normal and had positive correlation with BMI and TSH. Conclusions The higher leptin levels had relation to pituitary -thyroid function in healthy obesity objects.
