摘要
对工程机械管理的评价过程是一个涉及多因素、多目标的决策过程。运用层次分析的理论与方法,在工程机械管理效率评价指标体系的基础上,建立合理的综合评价模型,探讨基于组件技术建立能适应各种不同层次、不同地区的开放型、通用的工程机械管理评估系统,提出系统的组件化模型,全面考虑评判过程中的定性指标及定量指标,为正确评价与决策提供了科学的方法及手段。
Evaluation of construction machinery management is multi- factor multi- object decision - making process. A synthetic evaluation model is established with analytic hierarchy process theory and based on construction machinery management efficiency evaluation index system. The solution of construction machinery synthetic management evaluation system is explored, which is based on component technology, is an open and universal system. Both of qualitative and quantitative indexes influencing decision- making process of the management efficiency evaluation system are taken into consideration. This provides scientific methods and ways for proper evaluation of construction machinery management efficiency.
