摘要
塔式起重机塔身中心线的偏斜值是关系到塔式起重机能否正常安全工作的重要参数,引起这一参数变化的因素很多,该参数是一个组合变量,所以对这一参数的检测和控制都非常重要。目前的检测和控制仍然沿袭几十年前的方法和技术,远不能满足技术高速发展的要求,因此设计出一种采用重摆和角度传感器的检测系统和控制装置。
Tower center- line offset value, affected by many factors, has a direct influence on crane's operation and therefore checking and controlling of the offset is very important. Existing checking and controlling technology and method are notdifferent from those used decades ago at all and could not adapt to today's technology development. In response to it, a tower offset and sway checking system with gravity pendulum and angle sensor is developed, as well as an automatic Manning device.
