摘要
以盆栽枸杞-宁杞1号为试验材料,利用同位素示踪技术,研究了3H-吡虫啉在枸杞不同器官(叶片、果实)中的残留消解动态。结果表明:吡虫啉在枸杞叶片、果实上的残留率随降解时间的变化均符合一级反应动力学方程Ct=C0?e-kt,且相关性很好,均达到极显著水平,吡虫啉在枸杞叶片、果实上的降解半衰期为3.8、4.3d。
Radioisotope tracer was used to investigate the dynamics of imidacloprid residue and degradation in various organs of Lycium barbarum. The results showed that the residue and degradation of imidacloprid answered to fistorder kinetics equation Ct=C0·e^-kt. Imidacloprid residue of imidacloprid in leaves and fruits were 3.8 and 4.3d, rates were significantly related to degradation times. Half-lives respectively.
