液力减振器结构异响发生的微过程分析 被引量:22

摘要 将液力减振器的工作循环划分成更细微的过程并相应地进行了力学分析,建立了相应的微分方程,并利用M ATLAB软件进行了仿真计算,分析计算结果与台架试验结果一致。结果表明,活塞与油液间的间隙碰撞、活塞与缸筒的静动摩擦力交变和阀片与活塞的粘附均导致对汽车液力减振器活塞的冲击,其进一步的传递将产生结构异响。 The mechanic analysis of the abnormal noise yielding process of a hydraulic absorber has been taken out and the mechanic model and the relevant differential equations have been established. Then the calculation and simulation have been taken out by using Matlab software . The results of simulation match well with the bench test results. They indicate a fact that either of the three processes, which are the clearance impact of the piston and the fluid of shock absorber, the alternation of static friction and moving friction and the adherence between valve and piston will result in impact to the piston. Then the transference of impact yield abnormal structure noise.
