摘要
论述了滤棒自动输送系统设备的配置要求,包括卷接机组的分组、滤棒发射机、固化剂、滤棒成形机等。通过分析滤棒设备制造厂家的设备主要技术指标,并结合徐州卷烟厂的实际情况,介绍了该系统的设备选型及使用体会,即滤棒成形机的生产能力要与卷接机组的需求量相匹配,选用非标准型滤棒储存库等。
The layout of automatic filter rod conveying system were discussed, including grouping of cigarette making and tipping machine combinations, filter rod ejectors, plasticizers, filter rod makers, and etc. The main specifications of different filter rod equipments were analyzed, and the equipment selection and operation were introduced based on the practice of Xuzhou Cigarette Factory. The experiences were： matching the output of filter rod makers with that of cigarette making and tipping machine combinations and the adopting nonstandard filter rod reservoirs where necessary,
