摘要
以烤烟品种NC89、K326、RG11的上部叶为材料,对变黄期至定色期烟叶厚度及解剖结构的变化进行了切片观察。结果表明:变黄期至定色前期,是烟叶解剖结构变化的主要时期,但不同品种“敏感期”不同;烘烤过程中叶片厚度变化主要取决于海绵组织和栅栏组织的变化,但3个品种表现不同。烟叶厚度及解剖结构的变化与烘烤过程中的定色速度有关。因此,在烤烟上部叶的调制过程中,必须考虑品种特性,掌握调制关键时期,采取适宜的变黄、定色工艺可使上部叶片厚度变薄。
The upper leaves of flue-cured tobacco cv. NC89, K326, RG11 were sliced, and their changes of thickness and dissecting structure were observed from the stages of yellowing to color fixing. The results showed that the dissecting structure change happened mainly during the process from the stage of yellowing to the earlier stage of color fixing, and the "susceptive time" varied with varieties; the change of leaf thickness relied on the changes of sponge and palisade tissue during curing; the changes of thickness and dissecting structure were related to color fixing rate. It is a must to take tobacco character into account while curing upper leaves, control the key curing stage by adopting proper technology of yellowing and color fixing to make cured leaves thinner.
