摘要
提出了小型柴油机驱动的弧焊发电机及其控制系统的设计方案;对柴油机及其调速系统、发电机及其励磁调节控制部分、逆变弧焊电源及控制部分分别进行了分析;给出了各个部分的数学模型,建立了整个弧焊发电机及其控制系统的基于MATLAB的数学模型。根据建立的数学模型,应用MATLAB仿真软件可建立起弧焊发电机整体仿真模型,对弧焊发电机进行仿真研究。
An optimized design scheme for diesel engine driven are welding inverter is put forward.The engine and its speed regulating part,the generator and its exciting vohage control,the arc welding inverter and its welding current control are analyzed separately,the mathematic model of diesel engine driven arc welding inverter was presented,hence the simulation model based on MATLAB can be set up.
