摘要
一台固定式工频交流点焊机的焊接能力(通常指材料的种类和厚度)只能在一定范围内,当焊件厚度小于其下限时,即使将焊机功率调整到最小值,电流仍会太大,焊接时会烧穿工件而无法使用。就规模不大的加工企业而言,焊件的材料种类和厚度会随产品要求的改变而改变,但往往又不可能具备多种焊机。以DN-10型点焊机为例,说明了交流点焊机改为储能、交流两用点焊机的方法。
The capability of a fixed A.C.spot welding machine normally means (type and thickness of material)is limited.When the thickness of welding is lower than its limit,it is still too large to burn through the workpiece even if the capacity of machine is regulate to the minimum.For some samll scale processing enterprises,the material type and thickness of workpiece can be changed as the requirements of the products changing,it is hard for these enterprises to possess varied machines.This paper takes the spot welding machine DN-10 as an example to illustrate the means of alternating spot welding machine converted into one with fuctions of energy conservation and alternation.
