摘要
从蒜、姜、茶叶和橘子皮中提取有效成分,经复配后溶解于溶剂得到天然空气清新剂,考察了该天然空气清新剂对水果防腐以及CO2吸收情况,研究表明:所制备空气清新剂对CO2吸收是其对照组(酒精水溶液)的2.5倍,能有效保住水果表面水分、延缓水果变质腐烂。
The natural air-refreshing agent was prepared with the extraction of garlic, ginger, tangerine peel and tealeaf. The antisepsis and CO2 absorption of natural air-refreshing agent were studyed. The result shows that the capacity of CO2 absorption of the natural air-refreshing agent is 2.5 time of the control (5-10% aqueous ethanol solutions), and the natural air-refreshing agent can hold the water of the fruits' surface and leave fruits' decay.
