摘要
以平行轴间的齿轮传动为例,分析影响齿轮传动精度的各种因素,利用UG二次开发出一套参数化齿轮传动精度设计系统。输入齿轮传动系统的主要参数后,系统能自动给出一对齿轮啮合转动时的干涉量、干涉体在空间的位置分布信息以及啮合齿面间任意位置的间隙量,并可根据干涉量的大小调整有关的设计参数,优化设计。
Taking gear wheel driving among the parallel shafting as example, the influencing factors of gear driving precision are analyzed and a parameter system for gear driving precision design is developed by secondary development of UG. After inputting the chief parameters of gear driven system, the interference amount, the position information of interference bodies and the clearance between the two meshing faces at any position can be provided automatically by the system and the relevant design parameters also can be adjusted according to the interfering quantity size to optimize the design.
