摘要
介绍了应用二维PSD建立的激光—PSD自动对准系统的组成、位置控制数学模型以及偏心调整机构。该系统能实现回转体类零件在工作台上的自动对准。试验表明,系统使用简单方便、精度高、可靠性好。
The structure and principle, math model of position adjusting and offset adjusting advice of laser-PSD automatic alignment system of workpiece are introduced by using two-dimensional PSD. This system can meet the automatic alignment demand of revolving parts. The result of experiment indicates that the system is easy to operate with high precision and credibility.
