摘要 欧Ⅲ排放控制系统在进行催化后处理匹配时,必须考虑催化剂的体积、载体目数和空速,当通过催化剂的空速发生变化时,催化剂的起燃温度、转化效率均会有较大变化。总之,无论采取何种技术方案,其尾气后处理催化剂均需在催化处理能力、起燃温度、老化寿命等方面作出非常有效的技术改进。 When conducting the match of the catalytic after-treatment according to the Euro Ⅲ, the volume of catalyst, mesh number of carrier and air speed should be taken into account passing through the catalyst changes, the light-up temperature of catalyst and conversion efficiency will greatly change too. In brief, no matter which technical means is applied, the tail gas after-treatment catalyst should be effectively improved in terms of catalytic treatment capability, light-up temperature, aging life, etc.
