异辛酸稀土的合成及其在粉体材料改性中的应用

摘要 本文对异辛酸稀土的合成工艺及其在氢氧化铝和碳酸钙改性方面的应用进行了研究,得到合成异辛酸稀土的最佳工艺条件,异辛酸∶碱∶稀土=4∶3.6∶1(摩尔比),温度80℃,反应时间20m in,稀土料液浓度为120g/L,皂化率为90%,以松节水为溶剂,使稀土转化率达到99%以上。应用在这两种粉体材料的表面改性中,可使它们的活化指数都达到99%以上。本实验制备的产品具有使用方便,分散性好等特点。用红外光谱分析,异辛酸稀土偶联剂对ATH和碳酸钙进行表面改性处理后产生了新的物理化学吸附。 The synthesis of isooctoate rare-earth and its application in the aluminium hydroxide and the calcium carbonate were studied. The best synthetic conditions were that the mol rate of isooctoate to alkali to rare - earth was 4 : 3.6 : 1 , the temperature was 80℃ ,the reaction time was 20 minutes. The concentration of the raw rare -earth solution was 120g/L, and the solvent was water of turpentine. Under this condition, the transformation rate of rare - earth can be to above 99%. The isooetoate rare - earth can be used in the surface modification of aluminium hydroxide and calcium carbonate. The activation index of the modified powder can both be to above 99%. The product of isooetoate rare - earth has the characteristic of using facility and well dispersed. The modified ATH and the calcium carbonate with isooetoate rare -earth were analyzed by infrared spectrum, producing new physical absorption and chemical absorption.
