摘要
介绍了橡胶排气式冷喂料挤出机的螺杆结构,针对螺杆原有的横棱结构,提出两种切实可行的改进方案,能适应胶料硬度有较大差异的情况,并为用户节约可观的设备投入成本。
This paper introduced structure of screw for rubber venting cold feed extruder, and put forword two practical improved scheme base on primary transverse of screw. This sche can make the screw to suit greatly different hardness of rubber compounds, and cut down considerable investment for user.
