摘要
生化需氧量是目前国际上用来衡量水质污染程度的重要指标,但常规操作繁琐,并需五天时间。本文介绍一种以微生物电极为传感器的快速测定仪的原理、结构、注意事项和应用。与BOD5经典方法同步测定废水样品,结果相关性能良好,是一种具有实用价值的分析仪器。
The biochemical oxygen demand (BOD) is one of the most important and widely used parameter in the measurement of organic pollution. The determination of BOD by conventional method takes 5 days, which is too long and complicated for the use in process control. In this paper, the principle, construction, notes and application of a fast BOD analyzer with microbial membrane sensor were described. Compactable results were obtained for BOD values estimated by this BOD analyzer and those determined by the 5 - day method.
