摘要
报道了黄皮[C lausena lansium(Lour.)Skeels]和山黄皮[C lausena lansium-olens(B lanco.)M err.]的染色体数目及核型。结果表明:2者均为2n=2x=18;黄皮的核型公式为2n=18=16m+2sm,山黄皮的核型公式为2 n=18=14 m+4 sm,均为“1 A”型,几乎对称,为较原始类型。简单探讨了2者亲缘关系。
In this study, both Clausena lansium and C. anisum - olens were shown to be diploids, 2 n =2 x = 18. The karyotype was 2 n = 18 = 16 m ＋ 2 sm for C. lansium and 2 n = 18 = 14 m ＋ 4 sm for C. anisum - olens, both being of the 1 A type and relatively promitive. A brief discussion is given about the phylogenetic relationship between the two species.
