摘要
大豆(Glycine max)种子中含有高生物活性的异黄酮类物质,但传统的提取方法耗时费事,效率低。实验采用超声波在常温常压下循环提取大豆中的异黄酮,时间短,效率高,并对超声波提取大豆异黄酮的工艺参数进行了研究,为超声波提取大豆异黄酮走向工业化提供了一定的理论和技术依据。
Isoflavones of soybean is an important biologically active material. The traditional procedures for its extraction are time-consuming and cost-inefficient. In the present study, ultrasonic waves were used to recurrently extract inflavones from soybean. The new procedure proved to be faster and more efficient than the traditional ones.
