摘要
试验以耐热性不同的3个甘蓝品种(夏光、西园四号、京丰一号)种子为材料,采用二次回归正交旋转组合设计(包括温度、时间2个因子)对种子进行热激处理。并通过热激处理试验,探讨了使甘蓝种子活力提高的最优热激处理组合,为生产上提供一定的处理水平参数。
A quadric orthogonal rotate design with two factors （ temperature and time duration ） was adopted to study the effects of heat shock on the seed vigor of 3 cabbage varieties differing in heat tolerance （ Xiaguang, Xiyuan 4 and Jingfeng 1 ）. A best combination of temperature and treatment time for seed vigor improvement was identified, which may be applied to commercial cabbage production.
