摘要
ZG35SiMn齿轮使用约8个月发生断裂。采用光谱仪、硬度仪、光学和电子显微镜对失效件进行了分析。结果表明,铸件化学成分控制不当———碳、锰、磷含量超标,铸造组织粗大及铸造缺陷的存在,导致齿轮断裂。
The gear cracked when it had been used for about 8 months. The sample of material was tested by spectrometer, hardness-testing device, and metalloscope, the fracture surface was inspected by SEM. The results showed the material overheat and foundry blemish cause the gear to break.
