摘要
结合某高层建筑的工程地质和水文地质条件,分析了对基坑开挖支护及井点降水的要求,采用外防内抽水的降水方式,在坑外水位下降不大的情况下,观测井的水位观测对控制周边建筑物及周边地面下沉起到了有效的控制作用,保证了工程施工期间的安全,加快了施工进度,节约了降水运行成本。
Based on the engineering and hydrologic conditions of a high - rise building, the requirements in foundation pit support and well - point dewatering are introduced. Through a combination of pumping and water proof measures, the settlement of the ambient buildings and ground was effectively controlled while the water table outside the foundation pit was not considerably declined. Thus construction safety is guaranteed, construction progress accelerated, and dewatering cost decreased.
