摘要
该文分析了大同市小杂粮产业发展现状及存在的问题,阐述了小杂粮生产的有利条件和不利因素,提出发展小杂粮产业的前景及5项措施:一是优化小杂粮产业生产的政策环境;二是发挥资源优势,积极培育特色小杂粮生产基地;三是培育龙头企业,实现绿色小杂粮产业化经营;四是依靠科技进步,提高产品质量;五是实施名牌战略,打造竞争优势。
The paper analyses the actuality, problems, advantaged condition and infaust factors for Datong city to develop small coarse industry, points out its future and puts forward some measures. The first is to optimize the policy to develop small coarse industry. The second is to bring resources predominance into full play and actively construct small coarse industry base. The third is to foster dragon - head enterprise to realize industrialization of green small coarse. The forth is to depend on science and technology progress to improve products＇ quality and the last is to bring scutcheon strategy into effect to enhance competition superiority.
