摘要
对蛋白多糖絮凝剂生产的下游条件和制品的毒理特征进行了研究。研究表明:当对起始碳源质量分数为1.8%的发酵液进行乙醇提取时,合适的乙醇添加倍数为2.4,发酵液最适沉淀pH值为7.00。另一方面,研究所用的无机金属阳离子对沉淀收率均有显著的影响,其影响顺序为Fe3+>Al3+>Mn2+>Ca2+,其中Fe3+的影响最为突出,在浓度为0.6 mmol/L时使蛋白多糖絮凝剂收率达到最高,即99.75%,比对照提高收率21.02%。制品的动物试验毒理特征进一步证明,试验的蛋白多糖絮凝剂为安全、无毒的微生物发酵制品。
This paper deals with the studies on extractive conditions and toxicological characteristics of polysaccharide microbial flocculant. The results showed that the optimal adding volume of ethyl alcohol was 2.4 fold when the broth fermented by 1.8 % initial carbon source was precipitated by ethyl alcohol, and the optimal precipitation pH was 7.00. On the other hand, all of the metal cations experimented have obviously effect for precipitation rate. The affecting order formed is: Fe^3+ 〉 Al^3+ 〉 Mn^2+ 〉 Ca^2+ . Among of them, Fe^3+ is the most prominent one, which makes the extraction rate of this flocculant reach the maximum, i. e. 99.75%, and increases 21.02% compared with the control. Further animal experiments prove that the flocculant is safe,nonpoisionous microbial product.
