摘要 我们在“首都教育”的理念之下提出了“首都特殊教育”学科建设的任务。从“首都特殊教育”的社会历史内涵、时代精神、学术理论和学科定位等方面进行了理论思考。其核心问题就是如何从理论和实践的结合上,探索学科建设途径,进行理论创新,培育实践品牌,从而将自己的学科建设耕植于首都社会这一沃土之中,形成自己学科特色和优势。 The construction of “Beijing Special Education” as a field of study has been put forward under the philosophy of “Beijing Education”. Theoretical studies concerning the special education in Beijing have been done in terms of its social and historical significance, the spirit of the age, its academic importance and its orientation. The key issue concerning this new branch of learning is to construct this new field of study with both theoretical innovation and practical recognition, thus cultivating characteristics and this capital city in China. advantages of its academic discipline construction in the life of
