摘要
节能是钢铁企业的首要任务之一,资源合理利用、梯次使用,并最终实现资源循环利用的循环经济模式。在参阅国内实现负能炼钢厂家的实践经验的基础上,总结出实现负能炼钢应具备的工艺技术和设备保障,并对转炉回收余能的利用进行了探讨。
