创伤性截瘫病人的护理体会 被引量：3

摘要 创伤性截瘫绝大多数均由脊柱骨折、脱位所致.颈椎骨折宜准备急救器材,如气管切开包、氧气、急救药品.颈椎两侧用沙袋固定,或者行枕颌带皮牵引,或者行颅骨骨牵引,防止颈部转动,加重病情.截瘫后患者发生一系列生理紊乱,容易导致多系统并发症,这些合并症的发生与否与护理质量直接有关,因此对截瘫患者的护理被认为是衡量护理水平的重要标准.对于此病,护理的主要任务是防止各种合并症,为后期的功能恢复和重建创造条件.
