眼房水中的细胞因子
摘要
房水作为屈光间质的一部分,对于保证正常的视觉功能起着重要的作用。随着近年来分子细胞学及分子生物学的发展,已显示房水中含有许多细胞因子,他们在完成房水功能中起着重要的调控作用。本文综述了细胞因子的概况及维持前房免疫赦免的因素,重点介绍房水中细胞因子的作用,并展示细胞因子的应用前景。
