摘要
目的:研究细胞间黏附分子-1(inter-cellular adhesion molecules-1,ICAM-1)和核因子-κB(nuclear factor-κB,NF-κB)在胃癌组织中的表达及其关系。方法:采用免疫组化SP法检测142例胃癌组织中ICAM-1和NF-κB的表达情况,与相应癌旁正常组织(30例)作对照。结果:胃癌组织中NF-κB的阳性表达率62.0%(88/142),显著高于对照组,P=0.000;NF-κB表达与淋巴结转移、组织学类型和远处转移的临床病理指标明显相关,P值分别为0.043、0.014和0.049。胃癌组织中,ICAM-1的阳性表达率为72.5%(103/142),对照组无表达,两者比较,差异有统计学意义,P=0.000;且与淋巴结转移差异有统计学意义,P=0.000。NF-κB和ICAM-1的表达呈显著正相关,r=0.477,P=0.000。结论:NF-κB通过对ICAM-1的转录调控在胃癌发生、转移过程中发挥重要作用,可能将成为胃癌治疗的一个新靶点。
OBJECTIVE: To explore the relationship between the expressions of ICAM-1 and nuclear factor-kB (NF- kB) in human gastric carcinoma. METHODS: The expression of NF-kB and ICAM-1 in 142 cases with gastric carcinoma were examined by immunohistochemical SP technique. The normal tissue (30 cases) was used as a control group. RESULTS: The expression of NF-kB was 62.0%(88/142) in gastric carcinoma tissue, much higher than that of the control group,P=0. 000. The positive rate of NF-kB was related to local lymph node metastasis, histological grade and distant metastasis, P = 0. 043, 0. 014 and 0. 049. The expression of ICAM-1 in gastric carcinoma (72.5%,103/142) was higher than that in the control group (P = 0. 000) and was closely related with local lymph node metastasis,P=0. 000. NF-kB expression positively correlated with ICAM-1, r= 0. 477, P = 0. 000. CONCLUSIONS: To control the transcription of ICAM-1, NF-kB plays an important action in the occurrence and metastasis of gastric carcinoma. It may become a new target of treatment of gastric carcinoma.
