恩格菲对放疗患者T细胞亚群的影响

Effects of engefei for radiation patients on T-lymphocyte subsets

目的:评价恩格菲对恶性肿瘤患者放疗前后T细胞亚群的影响。方法:112例恶性肿瘤患者信封法随机分为对照组和治疗组,两组患者均实行常规分割根治性治疗,对照组不加用任何生物制品治疗组从开始治疗的第1天起肌肉注射恩格菲400U/d,30d为1个疗程。结果:治疗组治疗前后T细胞亚群指标比较:治疗前CD3+59.04±2.67,CD4+38.62±2.31,CD8+33.94±2.08,CD4+/CD8+1.14±0.66;治疗后CD3+62.53±2.75,CD4+41.55±2.36CD8+31.36±2.52,CD4+/CD8+1.32±0.68。比较CD3+、CD4+升高和CD8+下降差异有统计学意义对照组治疗前CD3+60.02±2.13,CD4+38.83±2.09,CD8+34.02±2.99,CD4+/CD8+1.14±0.70;治疗后CD3+42.33±2.02,CD4+28.87±2.06,CD8+42.02±2.13,CD4+/CD8+0.68±0.31。比较CD3+CD4+、CD4+/CD8+下降和CD8+升高差异有统计学意义。结论:恩格菲能明显抵抗放疗引起的机体免疫指标下降。

OBJECTIVE： To evaluate the effects of engefei for radiational patients on T-lymphocyte subsets. METHODS： A total of 112 patients with malignant cancer were randomized divided into two groups by envelope： Group One was engefei combined with external irradiation （R＋E） for 56 patients versus Group Two, radiotherapy alone （R） in another 56 patients. Radiation was given by 6 MV or 10 MV X-ray, 2 Gy/fraction,5 fraction/week. In the R＋E group, from the beginning of radiation, every one was given engefei 400 U per day for 30 days. Two samples of blood were collected and analysed in the begin ning and the end of radiotherapy. RESULTS： In the R＋E group,CD3^＋,CD4^＋ increased and CD8^＋ decreased significantly; CD4^＋/CD8^ ＋ rose but had no significant difference. In the R group, CD3^ ＋ , CD4^＋ , CD4^＋/CD8^＋ decreased and CD8^＋ increased significanfly. CONCLUSION： Engefei can resist the decrease of T-lymphocyte subsets from radiotherapy.
