完善控制权市场机制促进国企改革

摘要公司治理理论对国企改革有指导意义,本文从公司治理理论出发,通过对控制权市场机制理论的综述,寻求控制权市场理论的规律和框架,并在此框架下分析中国国有企业在控制权市场方面存在的问题,进而思考使控制权市场机制有效发挥作用的途径,以完善公司治理机制,推进国有企业改革.
