摘要
DMF是一种新型抑菌剂,抗菌作用不受pH值影响,对好气性无芽孢细菌、酵母菌、霉菌有明显的抑制作用,对芽孢杆菌、放线菌、厌气性细菌无抑制作用。现已作为抑菌剂、防腐剂广泛应用于粮食、调味品、瓜果蔬菜的防腐保鲜。该试验用DMF作防霉剂,对微生物进行抑菌试验,测定DMF的相对抑菌谱和最适抑菌浓度,为DMF的进一步开发利用提供参考依据。
DMF was a novel antimicrobial agent and its antimicrobial function was not affected by pH. DMF had obvious inhibition against aerobic nonspore-forming bacteria, yeast and mould, while had no inhibition against Bacillus spp., Actinomyces and anaerobic bacteria. It was widely applied in foodstuff, seasoning, fruit and vegetable. Bacteriostasis of DMF as anti-mould agent was taken by many microorganisms to determine antimicrobial spectrum and optimum concentration, in order to improve development of DMF.
