摘要 对巴氏醋酸杆菌合成细菌纤维素的发酵动力学特性进行了研究,通过Logistic方程,提出了发酵过程中菌体生长、纤维素合成、基质消耗的动力学模型。采用Origin 6.0软件对实验数据进行处理,得到了巴氏醋酸杆菌分批发酵合成细菌纤维素的动力学模型参数。对实验数据与模型进行比较,结果表明模型与实验数据能较好地拟合,基本上反映了巴氏醋酸杆菌分批发酵过程的动力学特征。 In this paper, the fermentation kinetics for bacterial cellulose production by Acetobacterpasteurianus was investigated, and a series kinetic models were put forward based on the Logistic equation for substrate consumption, microorganism growth and cellulose formation. The experiment data was processed with the Origin 6.0 software, then the kinetics parameters of bacterial cellulose production with batch fermentation were obtained, and the experiment data and models were compared also. The result showed the model and the experiment data was fit well, and the model appeared to provide a reasonable description for the batch fermentation process.
