摘要 "开放存取期刊(Open Access Journals)"是 Internet 上免费的、可获取全文的、高质量的学术期刊的通称。本文对Internet 上开放存取期刊进行了概述,介绍了其被 ISI 引文数据库(SCI、SSCI、AHCI)收录情况,并从出版地域、学科分布及学科影响力等方面对其进行了分析评述。
