中原油田深井超深井钻井技术 被引量:13

Drilling Techniques for Deep and Ultra-Deep Wells in Zhongyuan Oilfield

摘要 深井钻井具有裸眼段长、井底温度高、岩石可钻性差、机械钻速低、井眼易失稳等问题。中原油田开展了复杂地质条件下深井钻井技术攻关,逐步形成了深井井身结构优化设计、PDc钻头+井下动力钻具复合钻井、防斜打直、钻井液、固井、井控等配套工艺技术。截至2004年底,该油田共完成井深超过4000m的深井468口,而且深井钻井速度逐年提高,事故复杂时间大幅减少。详细介绍了中原油田深井超深井钻井技术现状,并对深井超深井钻井技术的发展提出了建议。 Deep well drilling is characterized by long open holes, high bottomhole temperature, bad rock drillability, low ROP and wellbore sloughing, etc..Such key deep well drilling problems caused by the complex geology circumstances have been tacklied in Zhongyuan Oilfield;Therefore, a series of supporting techniques of casing programming for a deep well, combined drilling with a PDC bit and a downhole motor, vertical drilling, mud, cementing and well control, etc have been developed.By the end of 2004, 468 wells over 4000m deep have been drilled, the ROP has been increasingly improved year on year,and downhole troubles have been r greatly educed. This paper introduces the current deep and ultra-deep drilling techniques in Zhongyuan Oilfield, and presents suggestions for such techniques.
