酸性条件,无机盐存在的下,在聚乙二醇-邻二氮菲-铬天青-S-硫酸铵体系中,将Al3+、Cd2+、Co2+、Cu2+、Hg2+、Ni2+、Fe3+、Zn2+等离子萃取至有机相,将Sn4+保留在水相。利用苯芴酮与锡、CTMAB形成微溶性的橙红色络合物,波长在520nm时,利用分光光度法测定锡的含量。Sn4+含量在0.05~0.60μg/ml范围内符合朗伯比尔定律,摩尔吸光系数=1.05×105L/mol·cm。方法回收率为95%~105%。
A extraction-photometric method for determination of Sn^4+ in water-soluble polymer was studied. The method in based on the water-soluble polymer solution separated two phases in the presence of inorganic salts. The separation and determination condition of Sn^4+ in polyethylene glycol-4000, phenanthroline, chrome azurol S and ammonium sulfate system The results shows that Sn4+ can be quantitatively separated from the Al^3+, Co^2+, Cu^2+, Fe^3+, Hg^2+, Ni^2+ and Zn^2+ system. Stannum is coupled with phenylfuorone, CTMAB fespond and produced orange complex. The Stannum is determined by speetrophotometry. The finear range for determination of Sn^4+ is 0.05-0.60μg/ml. The recovery was 95% -105%.
