摘要
家蚕由于富含得蛋白质,在食品方面具有很大的利用价值。本文系统地阐述了目前家蚕幼虫、蛹、丝和蛾在食品方面的应用价值、产品开发及关键技术。根据目前我国的现状,就家蚕的食用化开发研究提出一些建议。
According to the abundance in the protein content, the silkworm (Bombyx moil) shows prospective application in food field. In this review, present situations of the characters, production and technology of the application of the larval, pupae, silk and adult of silkworm in food were described. Based on the above, some advices about the exploitation of silkworm in food were suggested.
