本文探讨了从强化保健食品行业准入、保健食品功效成分审查的角度,通过信息共享、广泛宣传、信用档案、中立分析等手段,积极支持和鼓励保健食品消费者,通过法律手段维护自己合法权益,进而在审查、监督、维权三个环节,建立适合我国国情的全方位、多层次的保健食品监督管理机制。

The thesis is at the point of strengthening the admission of dietary supplements and the censor of functional ingredient.
