It is great significant to regulate and bring forth new ideas in solving national problems and various economic strategies and construct the compatible society with the profound changes of the situation at home and abroad when entering the new era. This article emphatically points out that our national economic strategies should improve the competitive ability among national districts; pay much attention to the government＇ s devotion to the supports to the services of technology and information; set down districtive economic strategies reasonably; regulate the distribution of resource exploitation of national districts and devote basic constructions to national districts.
