摘要
以TDC3000分散控制系统(DCS)作为实例,分析了传统DCS的对外通信接口,阐述了一种改造的通信接口方案,以原有的DCS网关机为基础,引入独立OPC(OLEforprocesscontrol)服务器、可扩展标记语言(XML)通信媒介和改进的安全隔离系统3项新技术,不仅保证了DCS与外部系统接口的安全可靠性,而且提高了数据通信的高效性和通用性。
Taking the instance of TDC3000 distributed control system (DCS), the communication interface of traditional DCS is analyzed and an improved scheme for the communication interface is presented. Based on the original gateway of DCS, three new technologies, independent OPC (OLE for process control) server, XML (extended makeup language) communication intermediary and improved security isolation system, are introduced. They not only ensure the security and reliability of the interface between DCS and outer system, but also improve the efficiency and universality of data communication.
