摘要
以青海江河化工厂硫酸法生产硼酸所产生的母液为研究对象,分析了石灰乳从硼酸母液中沉淀硼的原理。通过实验讨论了用石灰乳从硼酸母液沉淀硼时pH、反应时间、反应温度对沉淀过程的影响。结果表明:石灰乳对母液中硼的固硼率随pH增加和反应温度的提高而增大,随反应时间的增长呈抛物线变化。
The principle of boron precipitation from H3BO3 mother liquor by lime milk is analyzed and the influences of pH value,reaction time and temperature on the precipitation process are discussed. The results show that the precipitated rate of boron from H3BO3 mother liquor can be increased with the increases of pH value and reaction temperature,changed on the basis of parabolic curve with the increase of reaction time.
