盘式连续干燥器中耙叶的设计

简单介绍了盘式连续干燥器中常见的几种耙叶形式,并根据物料在干燥器中的运动规律,对平面刮板形式耙叶的主要尺寸提出了设计方案。为了使耙叶在干燥器运行的过程中更好地输送及翻炒物料,又对耙叶的结构形式提出了几点改进意见。

The several forms of the shovel blades in continuous disc dryers were simply presented,and the design plot of major sizes of the shovel blades with flat scrapers were proposed based on the material movement law in dryers, some improvements of shovel blade forms were given in or- der to make the shovel blades transfer and stir material better in drying operation.
